Error Empty Error

I think there has been some problem with SIN lately. Sometimes there was an error message appear saying "cannot connect to IC...something". Then SIN was disconnected and my char was killed, although my internet connection was fine because I was still in the game. Anyone knows what is this error and how to fix it?
