Problem with Bot

Hey i have a small problem, i went to open the bot and put in my user name and password then hitstart and it says the informaion cannot be found on the forum and closes, when i try to restatrt the bot, it doesnt allow me to change the settings, just keeps giving me error message and closes, i cant change the name or password and i have deleted the program and reinstalled uit but it saves the name and password, what can i do to resolve this?
