nope, i haven't tried it. make sure that the numbers you are trying to call are from their website. try contacting them through chat. use contact information found only in their website.

i haven't tried this but as far as i know you will have to go to a G-cash center and buy G-cash credits. Your cash will be converted into G-cash. maybe you could visit Globe's website for more details.
