usually..kill ka ng monsters which will give u .40-.50% exp..

plus..the exp reward..mga .60%

which means..the quest may give u 1%+ exp..

Yup, try doing the quest with the quest admin quests, sleepless and treasure flee...
Then sit back, relax, do your thing.
