Help please, dunno what to do about this error

Last thing i did was to shut down my PC through Task manager coz i was in a hurry and the next day this thing shows up and SIN wont work..
Dunno what to do.. pls help

That errors appears as if SIN got corrupted Weyr, try redownloading sin, hopefully no other related files were messed up in the process, if it was you might have to recreate the data also and default the speech if you had changed it

Some parts of the SIN's files got into a "bad sector" of your harddrive, try what asnman suggested.

If it didn't work, try System Recovery.

Well i tried both of your suggestions but none of em work, But thanks anyways i think i need to reformat mg PC, its been ages already since i last did it. So pray for me it'll work.

try deleting ur sin.ini file if still got problem try re installing ur .net framework
