sir vuduy i can not login on bot it say " connection to forum could not be established. The forum or your Internet connection might be unavailable. " i've been using it for weeks this is the first time i got problem login, help me master vuduy... i already delete on the REGEDIT and run the SIN but still didn't work... i hope you can reply on my post soon thank you very much master vuduy... more power to you...

you probably don't have the latest version or you have firewall activated.

no i already got the 1.10 sin version.. but still it didn't work, well i always do use the SIN while the firewall are on... do i need to close it??

try unblocking the sin software on your firewall...
and also check ur internet connection..

when did you start to experience this problem? was your connection working using lower versions of SIN? (ver 9 below?) or did it just start after downloading and using sin ver 10?

Sin ver 9 and sin ver 10 are 2 different programs. the firewall that you are using might not recognize the new version of SIN, so try to unblock it and put it in an allowed status, if still doesnt work try running sin with your firewall disabled(different from closing)

if you dont know how try to search google: example(how to disable norton 2009)

tell us more about your firewall if it still doesnt work, provide us with info

RAYGE00 i did what you said making unblock the SIN folder and make my firewall OFF still not working i always got the same problem, my connection are good right now i am playing the game and i already got the SIN-1.10 the latest that master vuduy work... still i can not open it...

and i always do DELETE the old folder SIN. and download the new one that master vuduy post here.. is that why it's not working??? but i always did do that same process when there is a new update.. reaply me guys i am sorry if i got more post today just i need the SIN because i have a store to manage. hope you guys can help me.

The exact error message that you are getting:
the troubleshooting steps that you have done.
the previous working version of sin you have used

the troubleshooting steps that you have done.
1.) i download the SIN 1.10 version
2.) i delete the old version which is SIN 1.9e (but not sure)
3.) i run the SIN 1.10 but i got error so i try...
4.) RUN the "REGEDIT" and delete the SIN FOLDER...
5.) and i Download again the SIN 1.10 and run, but same ERROR

the previous working version of sin you have used SIN 1.9e [not sure]

Turn off your firewall and test if it works.
