the troubleshooting steps that you have done.
1.) i download the SIN 1.10 version
2.) i delete the old version which is SIN 1.9e (but not sure)

the previous working version of sin you have used SIN 1.9e [not sure]

im also using avira - but just as an antivirus (can you check if its Avira antivir personal edition or the pro one, since avira antivir personal doesnt have a firewall software.

in my case im using avira personal + comodo firewall - can you check add or remove programs just to see if you have a software or a program that has the word firewall on it,

because you are able to use the internet and is connected, i dont see any other reason why SIN cant connect to the internet unless you have a firewall installed, if you really can find one try disabling the windows firewall and see if it helps

if all else fails downgrade to SIN ver 9 below or revert the prev one you were using

Instead of spamming the threads I would recommend you to search around the forum.

It's not that big and there isn't like few thousands of threads to look up with. On the other hand, please use the Edit function..

If they've seen it and willing to help they will reply, not everyone sits infront of the computer 24/7..

your problem is with your firewall, it's your firewall man, even you say it is already deactivated, there is still a program tweaking on your firewall settings, are you on administrator account? what OS are you using? do you have Windows Defender installed too? is that even your own PC?

YAyks... i am not a rich man guys, Mr.Vuduy i first time an error when i open my laptop this morning this message just pop-up its the firs time i have this message here in my computer, do you this error affect why SIN dont work?

Are you on dialup?

Looks like your Windows is corrupted; what have you been doing? Did you try out that cracked SIN?

My only advice for you now is to reinstall your Windows.

i agree.. as far as i know, winlogon.exe is part of the OS of XP. try repairing your XP then trying it again. if it still doesnt work, reformat will be your last option. sorry bout that.

To repair it just insert the windows xp cd and for sure theres an option to repair OS...

u have a corrupted windows xp (original windows xp or illegal do not related to this problem), to fix :

1. try system restore in system tools.
2. try repair or reinstall windows xp.
