These are the tools needed when our PC gets infected with virus.

ComboFix
ComboFix is a program that scans your computer for known malware, and when found, attempts to clean these infections automatically. In addition to being able to remove a large amount of the most common and current malware, ComboFix also displays a report that can be used by trained helpers to remove malware that is not automatically removed by the program.

GS
GS.EXE is an alternative DOS shell, with better editing features than the ancient DOS command prompt which Micro$oft has never bothered to improve. Pressing the left arrow key does not perform a backspace, it lets you go back and change something without destroying everything that came after it. Pressing the up and down arrow keys will cycle through a history of past commands (including commands from a previous session). Pressing the insert key will toggle the editing mode between "insert" and "overwrite". Ctrl+V will paste the clipboard into the command line.

Process Explorer
Process Explorer is an advanced process management utility that picks up where Task Manager leaves off. It will show you detailed information about a process including its icon, command-line, full image path, memory statistics, user account, security attributes, and more. When you zoom in on a particular process you can list the DLLs it has loaded or the operating system resource handles it has open. A search capability enables you to track down a process that has a resource opened, such as a file, directory or Registry key, or to view the list of processes that have a DLL loaded.

Task Manager Fix
Task Manager Fix is designed to enable disabled Task Manager. Task Manager Fix tool is made to quickly enable Task Manager. Handy windows system recovery tool to remove task manager restrictions and effective solution to the problem - “Task Manager not Working”.

Procmast
Process Master is an advanced utility for hidden processes detection and killing. These processes usually are the results of the virus, spyware and rootkits activity. And you will not be able to see them using Windows Task Manager. Process Master uses advanced low-level system technics to detect hidden processes. It successfully detects the presence of such famous rootkits as HackerDefender and Fu. Even if your favourite anti-virus or anti-spyware program can not detect hidden process, you have the chance to detect it manually using Process Master. It is a necessary tool for every advanced user.

Isreset
isReset resets your system/hidden files/folders so you can view/access them normally. Since this tool is a security software that deals with the file system, the system registry and the running processes, it MUST be given all the rights it demands in order for it to do it's job. Some other security softwares will try to block the tool and prevent it from doing its job, please make sure that it's not blocked by your filewall and there's no other program blocking it.

Freecommander
FreeCommander is an easy-to-use alternative to the standard windows file manager. The program helps you with daily work in Windows. Here you can find all the necessary functions to manage your data stock. You can take FreeCommander anywhere - just copy the installation directory on a CD or USB-Stick - and you can even work with this program on a foreign computer.

RegAlyzer
It is an application designed to be a tool that will help you browse and change the registry. RegAlyzer was created because of a few features we missed in the original regedit tool, from support for exotic value types over background and regular expression search to better bookmarks, displaying .reg files in the accustomed style and a history view.

Run Scanner
RunScanner is a freeware windows system utility which scans your system for all running programs, autostart locations, drivers, services and hijack points.
You can use Runscanner to detect changes and misconfigurations in your system caused by spyware, virusses or human errors.

Autoruns
Simply run Autoruns and it shows you the currently configured auto-start applications as well as the full list of Registry and file system locations available for auto-start configuration. Autostart locations displayed by Autoruns include logon entries, Explorer add-ons, Internet Explorer add-ons including Browser Helper Objects (BHOs), Appinit DLLs, image hijacks, boot execute images, Winlogon notification DLLs, Windows Services and Winsock Layered Service Providers. Switch tabs to view autostarts from different categories.

Why bother using those tools wherein you can buys with just some few bucks of legit antivirus which also does the same.

Eset's Nod32 and Smart Security will do the same.

I admit I'm also a warez user but I just keep in mind, the fact that most warez may be harmful to your computer's health.
