there are two Effect

- add damage = 1% all of your current HP&MP + base damage = Skill damage ( Up to 5% ) skill 3 + 2
- 6% cannot Use HP Item in 3 Seconds when you skill to Enemy ( Up to 18% ) skill 3 + 2

u mean it has 6% to 18% chance the opponent cannot use the HP potion?

Can i ask if how did you get your FAN talisman is it from blood refining or having 4 mages stones or buying form market?

i have 3 month to get the Gold Stone ( Lucky is the most important factor )
